Returns
All herbs are freshly harvested and carefully packaged at the time of your order. To keep them at their best, please store them in the refrigerator in their original packaging until ready to use. For peak beauty and flavor, we recommend enjoying your fresh herbs within seven days. Kindly note, herb tops are not eligible for return or refund.
Pickup
Pickup is available on Thursdays. Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance and share your preferred pickup time for that day. If you’re hoping for a different date, reach out first so we can do our best to accommodate. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.
Shipping
Please place your order at least 48 hours before your desired arrival date. When checking out, kindly include your preferred delivery date. Fresh edible flowers are shipped overnight on Wednesdays and Thursdays to arrive the following day, ensuring they reach you at their freshest.
